What we build
One job, done carefully: getting ticket counts to the people who ask for them, on a schedule, without anyone logging in to pull numbers.
Agents, artists, managers, venues and co-promoters all want the same number: how many tickets have sold. TicketCounts.io reads that number from the ticketing platform at the time you choose and emails it to everyone who needs it.
We keep the numbers exact. A report shows what the platform returned at send time. When the platform does not answer, no email goes out, rather than one with a guessed or stale count.
We add platforms when they are ready, not before, and we do not announce one until it works. Today that is Eventbrite and Universe. If you sell somewhere else, the integrations page has a form to tell us which platform you use.
