    • Existing subscribers keep their plan

    • Footer control

The "Sent by your organization via TicketCounts.io" line can be turned off per report on Pro and Venue.

    • A new look for TicketCounts.io

A new mark, typeface and dark theme across the site and dashboard, and redesigned report and account emails.

  2. Reliability and privacy

    • One copy per recipient

Each recipient now gets their own email, so nobody sees the other addresses, with an unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe headers for mail apps.

    • Encrypted platform tokens

Stored Eventbrite and Universe access tokens are encrypted, and disconnecting deletes them.

    • Custom weekdays and time zones

Schedules can run daily, on one weekday or on any set of weekdays, in the time zone you choose, and keep their local time when the clocks change.

    • More than one account per platform

Connect several Eventbrite or Universe accounts and choose which one each report uses.

    • Retries and clear pauses

Failed sends are retried, reports for ended shows pause on their own, and you get a notification that says why a report paused.

    • Test before you send

Send a test report to your own address with the live count before it goes to anyone else.

Set the schedule once. The count goes out on its own.

Free for 1 active event report. New accounts get 14 days of Pro, no card needed.
