Honest answer
When are Eventbrite's built-in reports enough?
When your needs fit inside Eventbrite's own limits. Its scheduled reports are free, already in your account and can include revenue, which TicketCounts.io reports never do. If every point below describes you, Eventbrite's own reports already do the job, and you can skip TicketCounts.io.
- You only sell on Eventbrite and a daily, Monday or first-of-the-month email is enough.
- Your events are within the next 3 months and you need at most 10 scheduled reports.
- Up to 10 recipients per report is enough and you do not want a paid plan (the TicketCounts.io Free plan sends to 2).
- Your recipients need gross or net revenue in the email, not only ticket counts.
TicketCounts.io
When is TicketCounts.io the better fit?
When a show is more than 3 months out, when recipients need the count at a set time in the time zone you choose for each report, or when you also sell on Universe. Reports carry your logo on paid plans and never include revenue.
- Scheduled reports: 1 to 100 active event reports, by plan (Eventbrite: Up to 10 per organizer)
