An active event report is one scheduled report for one event that is switched on. Paused reports do not count, so you can pause a finished show and start the next one without changing plans. Free allows 1; Pro allows 30 at once.
A report that is on and scheduled to send. One report covers one event.
Paused reports, and reports for shows that have ended: they pause on their own when the platform marks the event ended or canceled.
When an account moves to a smaller plan, the newest reports beyond the limit pause. Nothing is deleted, and they resume when you upgrade.
Each report goes to up to 2 recipients on Free and up to 100 on Venue. Recipients do not need an account, each gets their own copy, and every email has an unsubscribe link. Addresses that unsubscribe, hard-bounce or mark a report as spam are skipped automatically.
One invalid address never stops the report from going to everyone else.
Every new account gets 14 days of Pro, with no card needed. If you have not picked a paid plan when it ends, the account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: your oldest active report keeps running and goes to its first 2 recipients, and the others pause until you upgrade.
Day 1
Up to 30 active reports with up to 25 recipients each, your logo on reports and the option to turn off the footer.
Day 12
We email you 3 days before the trial ends. Pick a plan from Billing in your dashboard if you want to keep more than Free allows.
Day 15
Your oldest active report keeps running and goes to its first 2 recipients; the others pause until you upgrade. Free reports use the TicketCounts.io header and always show the footer.
If you subscribed before these plans, you keep your plan and its limits at your current price until you change plans or cancel; any price change comes with at least 30 days' notice. Starter (legacy), Professional (legacy) and Business (legacy) are no longer sold to new accounts. You can switch to a current plan from Billing.
| Plan | Price | Active event reports | Recipients per report |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter (legacy) | $4.99/mo | 10 | Up to 10 |
| Professional (legacy) | $9.99/mo | 25 | Up to 10 |
| Business (legacy) | $19.99/mo | 50 | Up to 10 |
Once you leave a legacy plan, it cannot be chosen again.
Eventbrite’s built-in scheduled reports are free and enough for some organizers. TicketCounts.io adds shows months out, your own send times and Universe support. Both cover one event per report, and neither lets you change the subject line. The Eventbrite facts below are sourced and dated.

Yes. Every new account gets 14 days of Pro with no card needed. No. Recipients just get the email. Each one receives their own copy, so nobody sees the other addresses. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and mail apps that support it show a one-click unsubscribe button. Free allows up to 2, Starter allows up to 10, Pro allows up to 25 and Venue allows up to 100 recipients per report.
