TicketCounts.io works with Eventbrite and Universe (a Ticketmaster company). Connect either one with the platform's own sign-in and schedule ticket-count emails for your events. Those two are the only platforms it can read today. Using something else?

Status
Which ticketing platforms does TicketCounts.io work with?
Eventbrite and Universe, a Ticketmaster company. Both connect with the platform's own sign-in, and TicketCounts.io reads only what a count needs. Those two are the only platforms that can be connected today; if you sell somewhere else, tell us below and we will email you if it goes live.

Connect Eventbrite or Universe today
Both connect with the platform's own sign-in and read only what a count needs. Each has its own page with the exact data read, how counts are calculated and the setup steps.
Eventbrite
Live- Eventbrite OAuth: you sign in on eventbrite.com and approve TicketCounts.io. TicketCounts.io never sees your Eventbrite password.
- Live and started events of the organization you choose, searchable by name. There is no date window: an event on sale in 6 months can be picked today.
- Tickets sold, the change since the last report and a breakdown by ticket type, emailed on your schedule.
Universe
a Ticketmaster company
Live- Universe OAuth: you sign in on universe.com and approve TicketCounts.io. TicketCounts.io never sees your Universe password.
- Posted events of the host you choose, searchable by name.
- Tickets sold, the change since the last report and paid and free totals when a show has both, emailed on your schedule.
Access
What access does TicketCounts.io get?
You sign in on the platform's own site and approve TicketCounts.io, so we never see your password. TicketCounts.io only reads; it never edits your events, orders or ticket types, and it never reads attendee or buyer details. Disconnecting removes the stored token and pauses that account's reports.
- You stay in control. Connect and disconnect an account yourself, at any time, from your dashboard.
- Counts only. TicketCounts.io reads the event, its ticket types and how many of each have sold. Nothing about the people who bought them.
- Stored safely. The token the platform issues is encrypted at rest, and deleted when you disconnect.

Using something else?
Tell us which ticketing platform you sell on and leave your email address. We will email you once, if that platform goes live. That is the only thing we use the address for, and you can ask us to remove it at any time. We cannot say whether or when any platform will be added.
FAQ
Integration questions
Can one report combine Eventbrite and Universe sales?
No. Each report covers one event on one platform. One TicketCounts.io account can run reports for Eventbrite and Universe events side by side, each with its own recipients and schedule.
What if I sell on another ticketing platform?
TicketCounts.io cannot read it, so it cannot send counts for those shows: Eventbrite and Universe are the only platforms it connects to. Tell us which platform you use with the form on this page, and we email you once, if it goes live.
What happens to the email address I leave?
We store your email address and the platform you typed, and use them only to email you if that platform goes live. Leaving the same details twice changes nothing. To be taken off the list, email support@elektronicgroup.com.
When will you add more platforms?
We do not publish dates or a list of platforms we are working on. A platform is announced on the changelog the day it goes live, and everyone who left their email address for it is emailed once.
