What does RealCount cost?
RealCount publishes four tiers. Artist is $15 a month for a single artist and one seat; Boutique is $100 for three seats and ten artist invites; Growth is $250 for ten seats, fifty invites and scheduled reports; Enterprise is quoted. Seats and artist invites are how it scales.

When you need one place that shows every show across a roster, whatever platform sold the tickets. RealCount ingests from far more sources than TicketCounts.io does, keeps history you can pace against, and tracks revenue and profit. For an agency or a manager watching a calendar, that is the right shape of tool.

How is TicketCounts.io different?
TicketCounts.io has no dashboard for the recipient, because the recipient never logs in. It reads one show on Eventbrite and Universe and emails the count on the schedule you choose, with no revenue in it. That is narrower on purpose, and it is why the whole range tops out at $39 a month.

Running TicketCounts.io alongside RealCount

Which supports more ticketing platforms?
RealCount, by a wide margin: their site says they ingest from 180+ ticketing companies. TicketCounts.io connects to Eventbrite and Universe today, and other platforms are in development. If your shows are not on Eventbrite and Universe, TicketCounts.io cannot report on them yet.
Which one shows revenue?
RealCount does, including profit tracking on its higher tiers. TicketCounts.io reports show ticket counts only and never revenue, which is the point when the recipient is a co-promoter, a sponsor or an artist team who should see how the show is selling but not what it makes.
Do recipients need an account?
With TicketCounts.io, no. A report is an ordinary email to an address you add, so agents and artist teams get the count without signing in or accepting an invite. RealCount's model is seats and artist access invites, which is what makes its dashboard and history work.
