Manifest
A manifest is the official record of every ticket for a show by type and price level, used to reconcile sales at settlement.

Definition
The manifest lists the tickets that exist for an event and at what price, so sold, comped, held, killed and unsold tickets can be accounted for. The promoter, venue and artist representative check the final count against it at settlement.
Formula
Tickets on the manifest = sold + comps + holds + kills + unsold
Worked example
The manifest shows 300 GA at $25 and 200 GA at $30; settlement confirms 290 and 190 sold, 15 comps and 5 unsold, which accounts for all 500.
